Stacy St Germain, CNTP

After over a decade of experience in the high-tech world, I got a wake-up call about my own health.  I had been fighting fatigue, weight highs and crashes, and managing through wild hormone imbalance for years.  It was ultimately when I was hit with horrible chronic back pain, and no good medical options, that I knew I needed a different approach.

I made changes that all support a REAL lifestyle.  It started small and it took time, but ever so gradually, I was reintroduced to my own body.  I reduced general inflammation, stress and fatigue, cleared out the brain fog, and started to enjoy balance and vibrancy in my life.  As time moves on, my body continues to change and I continue to establish new intentions - this time, with the tools and knowledge about what I need to be successful.

I have a certification with over 300 hours of training in the science and application of holistic nutrition therapy.  My mission and practice is to support others through their own discovery of REAL Vitality.  My belief is that our bodies are more sophisticated than we understand and more amazing than we believe.  My philosophy is that when we tune into our own unique bio-physiology we can support our body using what is REAL.  REAL food.  REAL care products.  REAL exercise.  REAL relationships.
